The Activity and Resource Center is always looking for volunteer instructors,
leaders, participants, and speakers/presenters. 
You are invited to share your ideas and talents with us here at the center.

Daily Activities

Monday
9:00 Exercise Class
1:00  Heartland Senior Band rehearsal
 
Tuesday
8:30  Intermediate Tai Chi  ($10 a month)
9:00  Beginning Tai Chi
9:45  Songbirds Chorus rehearsal 
   4:30-5:30
Yoga Class
 
Wednesday
9:00 Exercise Class
1:30  Prime Time Readers Theatre (1st Weds.)
 
Thursday
8:30  Intermediate Tai Chi
9:00 Beginning Tai Chi
1:00  Bingo
 
Friday
9:00 Exercise Class
12:30 Friday Afternoon Card Club
12:30 First Friday Club (formerly AARP-Ames)
 
Senior luncheons are served Monday-Friday from 11:30-12:15 p.m. 
Suggested donation for adults 60+:  $3.25.
